I chose this piece because I really like the beautiful, emotional melody on the piano. I enjoy how the music can express deep feelings in a simple and relatable way. The song is calm but also impactful. One challange I faced is keeping a steady rhythm throughout the whole piece. Another struggle I had is playing with enough emotion and dynamics to make the performance interesting and dramatic. I also found it important to balance the melody and accompaniment smoothly on the piano.
